Thermals can be improved by orienting the case vertically as it gives more room and fresh air for the GPU to breathe, especially AIB coolers which typically have the bottom half blocked when resting the case horizontally.

Despite the PLA material of the stand, it has held up extremely well for months during my testing period despite running FE cards such as the 3080 under heavy loads.
