Refund policy

For products other than Break-in Machines - we offer 30 days return window upon date of receiving the items - return shipping cost will have to be covered by the customer - upon receipt and inspection of the items at our facility, we can then process your refund in about 5 business days.

Our current warranty policy for our products is 90 days of support from arrival date of machine - we will cover one set of replacement parts cost and domestic shipping, but not international shipping costs. After this period, we will have to offer replacement parts at a cost.

Full refunds can be requested prior to items being shipped.
